In the last episode, the characters were introduced. Shiraishi, a shy and socially inactive boy, is totally ignored by society and his classmates. No one cared about him and treated him as if he didn’t exist. This made him sad and disappointed. But Kubo, a classmate of his, continuously nagged and teased him so that he won’t feel lonely.

She was in love with him but couldn’t tell him directly. So, she started spending time with him and doing all the activities that helped other students to notice him and even teachers. In the last few minutes of the episode, it was shown that Kubo was successful in exchanging contact with him. This made her immensely happy. She even asked him out on a date.

Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible Episode 2 Plot

Shiraishi was taking a nap while in the class as no one else bothered about his existence, but Kubo did, and she too falls asleep. Shiraishi that day participated in a long-distance run. He was all sweaty. As soon as he realized that Kubo is approaching him, he took his steps back. He told her that he was smelling bad. Kubo gave him her wet wipe. This showed her concern for him.

Shiraishi later that day went to a bookstore to buy his favorite manga series and ran into Kubo. Kubo also decides to buy the same manga, but it was out of stock. So, Shiraishi offered to borrow his books since they lived nearby. She agreed. She realized that she never saw him while living in her neighborhood and learned that he goes to school a little early. So, she decides to wake up early and give him company at school.

Well, nothing changed in his life even after Kubo entered his life. One such day, he was walking on the pavement when a car speedily went away, ruining his clothes by splashing the water on the road. He surprisingly met Kubo. His mother was not at home for the next two hours. So, Kubo told him to come to her house and have a hot water bath. He agreed and ended up at her house.

Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible Episode 2 was really interesting. The pace and the way of telling a story by the makers are so good. The small interactions between the two protagonists make the viewers shy as well as give them goosebumps. Seeing Kubo makes us realize someone special in our lives too, who is with us to help and irritate us every moment.
