Episode 1: The Strange Hikizuri Siblings: The first part follows the story of the Hizikuri Siblings and their encounter with a photographer who can see spirits and creatures inhuman.

Episode 2: The first part is about the story of Goro, who visits the tunnel where his mother met her end and finds his sister there.

The second part deals with the Ice Cream Truck story, where the Ice Cream Truck driver takes children on trips in his trucks. One day, Tomoki also goes and returns happily. But later, things become complicated.

Episode 3: The Hanging Balloons is about the demise of a popular idol. The death is speculated to be due to suicide. Nevertheless, her huge fan base has its worst time trying to believe the reality. Things become stranger and scarier afterward.

Episode 4: Four x Four Walls The Sandman’s Lair has two stories. The first one is about Koichi who finds it difficult to learn because of his brother, Soichi. The second is about a boy who cannot sleep because of fear of being drawn into his dreams.

Episode 5: The Long Hair in the Attic is the title of the episode. The first part is about Oshikiri who hears strange sounds of footsteps and the second is about a girl named Chiemi who finds a rat entangled in her long straight after sleep.

Episode 6: Mold/Library Vision takes viewers into two interesting stories. Akasaka witnesses mold growing in the room rented to Mr.Rogi after a year. The second plot is about Goro, the husband of Koko who is insanely clean about his library and its care.

Episode 7: It is titled Tomb Town. Tsuyoshi and his sister Kaoru have a hellish experience after they hit a girl while driving.

Episode 8:Layers of Fear/The Thing that Drifted Ashore is the key title. Reimi discovers a younger version of herself in her, after painfully losing half of her face in a sudden accident.

Episode 9:Tomie: Shashin is about Tomie, a transfer student who is difficult to handle and makes things go hard on Tsukiko. 

Episode 10:Unendurable Labyrinth The Bully is about a pair of friends who lose their way on the mountains and meet Monk. Kuriko attempts to bully a young boy.

Episode 11: The Back Alley/Headless Statue has two mysterious stories. A young man starts living in a boarding house, near an alley. The next story is about a teacher who meets the fate of her creations.

Episode 12: Whispering Woman/Soichi’s Beloved Pet has two ironic stories. The first is about a lady who helps a girl who is indecisive, and later of Soichi and his pet.
